Invest In Your Health Indiana, your employee wellness program, along with our partners at Anthem and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources are excited to host the 2025 Run The State 5K and Hike series for employees and family members!

You are invited to attend the Run the State 5K at Indiana Dunes State Park on Saturday, April 26!

You can sign up by clicking the "register" link above. Everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace, so run or walk your way to the finish line. Join fellow state employees who are making the commitment to get out and get moving.

Run the State 5K 

• Start & finish line: City West Shelter
• 5K check-in: 7:30 a.m. (CT)
• 5K start time: 8:00 a.m. (CT)
• 5K route: Paved and includes several turns and small hills. Course is stroller friendly.
