 o appear for 3 exams in a given calendar year may result in the cancelatio
 n by INDOT of future registrations for that year.\n\nTicket sales open rou
 ghly 3 weeks prior to the exam date and close once the tickets are all sol
 d out or once the registration closure date has passed. All 6 CTP exams ar
 e offered at each exam session in Electronic format. An individual can sig
 n up AT MOST for two exams on a given exam day\, and one exam per exam ses
 sion (AM or PM).\n\nIf the event is sold out\, please select "I'm Interest
 ed" to be added to the waitlist. If there are cancelations we may open the
  event back up for a short duration to allow the users on the waitlist to 
 register.\n\nElectronic Manual w/ Electronic Exam ticket - a PDF Certified
  Tech Manual is provided to the registrant for use during the exam. The re
 gistrant's self-provided electronic device will be used to enter the Exam\
 , and results are available immediately upon completion.Two sessions are a
 vailable on each exam date. Please arrive prior to the test session start 
 time to allow for set-up\, sign-in\, etc. The session times are as follows
 :\n\nThe AM session begins at 8:30 sharp and ends at 11:15.The PM session 
 begins at 11:45 sharp and ends at 2:30.Registrants will be provided everyt
 hing needed to take the exam upon arrival at the testing location: a CTP e
 Manual per their registration\, a standard testing calculator\, and a penc
 il and scratch paper. Participants may opt to use their own physical\, sin
 gle-use non-programmable scientific calculator upon approval from the admi
 nistrating proctor. Access to an INDOT Standard Specifications Manual is a
 vailable upon request. Backup paper exams will not be provided.\n\nPhones 
 must be turned off and put away for the duration of the exam. Exceptions m
 ay be addressed with the administrating proctor prior to the exam period\,
  for emergency situations.\n\nIf you have not previously taken an Electron
 ic exam\, please arrive at least 20 minutes early to set up your device an
 d ensure a smooth testing experience. \n\nRegistrants taking the exam are 
 required to have an account on the INDOT Training Portal or SuccessFactors
  no later than a week prior to the exam date. This account ID is requested
  at the time of registration. Please have the registrant's account ID on-h
 and at registration.\n\nParticipants are required to be registered through
  the INDOT Training Portal. If you have a PeopleSoft ID\, you do not need 
 to create an account throught the Training Portal. If you do not have a Pe
 opleSoft ID\, please create a NEW User Account in the Training Portal usin
 g the step by step instructions below. New Training Portal accounts can ta
 ke up to 3-5 days to approve in the system.\n\nCreating a User Account:\n1

 ot to use their email address as their User ID. User IDs are permanent\, s
