 ppear for 3 exams in a given calendar year may result in the cancelation by
  INDOT of future registrations for that year.\n\nTicket sales open roughly 
 3 weeks prior to the exam date and close once the tickets are all sold out 
 or once the registration closure date has passed. All 6 CTP exams are offer
 ed at each exam session in Electronic format. An individual can sign up AT 
 MOST for two exams on a given exam day\, and one exam per exam session (AM 
 or PM).\n\nIf the event is sold out\, please select "I'm Interested" to be 
 added to the waitlist. If there are cancelations we may open the event back
  up for a short duration to allow the users on the waitlist to register.\n\
 nElectronic Manual w/ Electronic Exam ticket - a PDF Certified Tech Manual 
 is provided to the registrant for use during the exam. The registrant's sel
 f-provided electronic device will be used to enter the Exam\, and results a
 re available immediately upon completion.Two sessions are available on each
  exam date. Please arrive prior to the test session start time to allow for
  set-up\, sign-in\, etc. The session times are as follows:\n\nThe AM sessio
 n begins at 8:30 sharp and ends at 11:15.The PM session begins at 11:45 sha
 rp and ends at 2:30.Registrants will be provided everything needed to take 
 the exam upon arrival at the testing location: a CTP eManual per their regi
 stration\, a standard testing calculator\, and a pencil and scratch paper. 
 Participants may opt to use their own physical\, single-use non-programmabl
 e scientific calculator upon approval from the administrating proctor. Acce
 ss to an INDOT Standard Specifications Manual is available upon request. Ba
 ckup paper exams will not be provided.\n\nPhones must be turned off and put
  away for the duration of the exam. Exceptions may be addressed with the ad
 ministrating proctor prior to the exam period\, for emergency situations.\n
 \nIf you have not previously taken an Electronic exam\, please arrive at le
 ast 20 minutes early to set up your device and ensure a smooth testing expe
 rience. \n\nRegistrants taking the exam are required to have an account on 
 the INDOT Training Portal or SuccessFactors no later than a week prior to t
 he exam date. This account ID is requested at the time of registration. Ple
 ase have the registrant's account ID on-hand at registration.\n\nParticipan
 ts are required to be registered through the INDOT Training Portal. If you 
 have a PeopleSoft ID\, you do not need to create an account throught the Tr
 aining Portal. If you do not have a PeopleSoft ID\, please create a NEW Use
 r Account in the Training Portal using the step by step instructions below.
  New Training Portal accounts can take up to 3-5 days to approve in the sys
 tem.\n\nCreating a User Account:\n1. Go to the INDOT Training Portal\n2. Se
 lect Click here to register\n3. Fill out Account\, Contact\, and Employee I
 nformation\n\nUsers are advised not to use their email address as their Use
 r ID. User IDs are permanent\, so we want to ensure users do not create mul
 tiple accounts as their email address changes.User IDs are case sensitive4.
  Select Submit\n5. User accounts are reviewed before access is given. You w
 ill receive an automated email when you are able to access your account.\n6
 . Accounts created on the weekend or holidays will not be approved until th
 e next business day. If your account has not been approved in 24 hours\, pl
