Invest In Your Health Indiana, your employee wellness program, along with our partners at Anthem and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources are excited to host the 2026 Run The State 5K and Hike series for employees and family members! 

You are invited to attend the Run the State 5K at White River State Park on Saturday, June 27!

You can sign up by clicking the "register" link above. Everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace, so run or walk your way to the finish line. Join fellow state employees who are making the commitment to get out and get moving.

Run the State 5K 

• Check-in location: State Museum Lawn
• 5K check-in*: 7:00 a.m. to 7:55 a.m. (ET)
• 5K Runner start time: 8:00 a.m. (ET)
• 5K Walkers start time: 8:10 a.m. (ET)
• Route: Paved and the course is stroller friendly. View course map.
• Parking: Park at the Washington Street Garage. If you do not have access to the garage with your State of Indiana ID badge, please take a ticket and bring it to the Invest In Your Health tent to get it validated. View parking map.

*You may have received an email with a QR code from the 5K administrators. To help the check-in process move as quickly as possible, please download your QR code to your phone (or print) and have it ready to scan at check-in.

*Skip the check-in line by picking up your bib early at one of the following: June 25 at the Statehouse Market from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or June 26 at the Indiana State Museum lawn from noon to 5 p.m.
