Effective 1 July 2026 the Director of the Army National Guard has authorized a Reenlistment Bonus (REB) for Soldiers whose ETS between 1JUL26 – 29SEP26. Details and highlights are as follows:

- Amount: $20,000
- Minimum of a three-year commitment/extension
- Contract Duty MOS Qualified
- Less than 13 years and one-month time in service on contract start date
- Be in the pay grades of E4 -E7
- Applies to both traditional and Blended Retirement System (BRS) Soldiers

NOTE: This incentive is capped at 1,221 contracts nationwide, once this number has been achieved this incentive will be exhausted.
