Watch the sand come alive at this year’s contest!  The theme is “Animals,” but sculpting groups are not limited to sand art with this theme. Park volunteers will be judging sculptures for the funniest, most creative, and most thematic awards in both an adult and child categories. Our interpretive programs are designed to entertain and enrich folks of all ages. Children under 12 must have an adult with them at programs.

Registration is not required for this program.

All our programs are free (unless otherwise noted). They are open to the public after paying the park entrance fee. ($7 in-state & $12 out-of-state)

The Nature Center's Current Hours:  Open Daily 9:00 – 4:00 CT
