 ty Development Block Grants for 2025 is now open for applications.\n\nThe

 acilitiesFunding for all CDBG programs comes from the U.S. Department of H
 ousing and Urban Development and is administered by OCRA. The State of Ind
 iana distributes CDBG funds to rural communities to assist units of local 
 government with various community projects like improving infrastructure\,
  downtown revitalization\, public facilities improvements and economic dev
 elopment.\n\nProposal submissions will be collected via the electronic Gra
 nts Management System. Instructions on how to submit proposals can be foun
 d at in.gov/ocra/cdbg/cdbg-construction-grants/.\n\n2025 Round 1 proposals
  are due on Thursday\, April 17\, by 11:59 p.m. ET via the eGMS. Communiti
 es are encouraged to submit their applications prior to 4 p.m. on April 17
