Health Facility Administrator license renewals are now open for the August 31, 2022 deadline.  You may renew online at https://mylicense.in.gov/eGov/index.html by registering for your single sign-on, Access Indiana account and then locating your existing license record by entering 2 search items and then clicking the Register button.  After registering your record in Access Indiana, you'll be able to select the Renew Licenses option from your left menu.
