http://on.IN.gov/fishwildedTeachers are invited to join a free workshop that provides training in Project WET and Project WILD from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. ET July 15 at Falls of the Ohio State Park (201 Riverside Drive, Clarksville, IN 47129).
Project WET and Project WILD have developed a rich curriculum of interactive, science-based activities to encourage preschool through high school learners in both formal and non-formal settings to think critically about water in all its forms and act responsibly towards wildlife and natural resources. The workshop provides Next Generation Science Standards aligned, innovative K-12 curriculum on environmental science and sustainability.
Register to attend this free workshop by emailing Brian and Tamela Brewer at [email protected] by July 8. All materials will be provided, but lunch from 12-1 p.m. will be on your own.
Teachers can earn six Professional Growth Points for attendance, but should check with their administrator to be sure the workshop qualifies.
