About this Event
Naturalists, teachers, pre-service teachers, scout leaders, homeschool parents, and other adults interested in environmental education are invited to attend this Project WET workshop at 10 a.m. ET, Oct. 11.
Using standards-based, hands-on K-12 activities, this interactive workshop will focus on water chemistry, water use and pollution, and how water connects all Earth systems. Project WET is inter-disciplinary and can be integrated into any school subject. Participants will receive the Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guide 2.0 with K-12 lessons. Upon completion, participants will know more about Indiana water issues, be able to explain our important natural resource, and be comfortable replicating workshop activities in their own education settings.
Professional Growth Experience Points are available upon completion.
