DESCRIPTION:A natural gas explosion occurred in Clark County\, which result
 ed in property damage and personal injury claims of the homeowner and Appe
 llant\, who lived next door to the home where the explosion occurred.  App
 ellant filed her complaint against Indiana Gas Company\, Inc.\, alleging n
 umerous causes of action based on the premise that the natural gas distrib
 uted to the neighbors’ home lacked the necessary levels of oderant.  The
  trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Indiana Gas Company\, an
 d Appellant appeals raising arguments that the trial court erred in granti
 ng summary judgment because it (1) improperly weighed the facts and eviden
 ce causing it to reach its own conclusions despite material facts that exi
 st about causation and whether the gas sold by Indiana Gas Company was pro
 perly odorized\, (2) failed to apply the elements of the Indiana Products 
 Liability Act and instead held that the Indiana Utility Regulation Commiss
 ion and Indiana Gas Tariff govern negligence and products liability cases 
 in Indiana\, and (3) improperly relied on inadmissible hearsay and unauthe
 nticated documents in it grant of summary judgment.   \n\nThe scheduled pa
