A retirement ceremony for Judge James S. Kirsch of the Court of Appeals of Indiana will take place on Thursday, September 23 at 2:00 p.m. EST in the Supreme Court Courtroom on the 3^rd floor of the Indiana Statehouse. The public is invited to watch a webcast of the ceremony.

Judge Kirsch was appointed to the Court of Appeals of Indiana in March 1994 after serving as Judge of the Marion Superior Court. He was retained on the Court by election in 1996, 2006, and 2016.
