The State of Indiana appeals the trial court’s order of discharge regarding multiple counts of child molesting and sexual misconduct with a minor brought against Gregory Whitmore.  The State also appeals the trial court’s order imposing a $105,000.00 discovery sanction against the Prosecuting Attorney of Hamilton County.  The discharge and sanction orders were the result of alleged discovery violations in the criminal action against Whitmore.
