This is a Court of Appeals argument taking place in the Supreme Court Courtroom for logistical reasons. 

The State of Indiana appeals a jury verdict in favor of Franciscan Alliance, Inc., awarding it damages, prejudgment interest, and attorney fees for the State’s partial condemnation of Franciscan’s property to build highway improvements. The State argues Franciscan improperly introduced evidence of non-compensable damages at the trial and that the trial court erred in the amount of attorneys fees and awarding prejudgment interest.
