The Indiana Department of Natural Resources proposes the use of federal and state funds to provide free public access and a barrier free ADA access at Bear Lake near Wolf Lake (Noble County), Indiana.  A new prefabricated concrete boat ramp will be constructed in place of the existing boat ramp and a new launching pier will be installed.

The Indiana Division of Fish & Wildlife wishes to solicit comments about any potential impacts to environmental, cultural, and historical resources.
