DESCRIPTION:Beginner Kayaking Workshop at 9:30 a.m.\n\nRegistration require
 d by July 9.Cost is $20 per person.Limited to 9 people.Due to kayak and PF
 D safety restrictions\, participants must be at least 10 years of age and 
 weigh no more than 275 pounds.Location: Cutright SRA\n\nIf you love seeing
  wildlife\, or just enjoy exploring\, kayaking is for you! Kayaks let you 
 reach backwater areas and quiet bays that aren’t otherwise accessible\; 
 it’s a wonderful way to experience Monroe Lake. \n\nThis 2.5 hour worksh
 op is specifically designed for beginners with zero (or very little) paddl
 ing experience. We’ll teach you basic paddling and safety skills and pro
 vide supervised paddling time in a quiet water area to practice.\n\nKayaks
 \, paddles\, and life jackets are included in the class fee\; please do no
 t bring your own. \n \n\nREFUND/TRANSFER/CANCELLATION POLICY\n\nRegistrati
 ons are considered final and no refunds or date transfers are available\, 
 with limited exceptions. You may transfer a registration(s) to another per
 son(s) by contacting Jill Vance at jvance@dnr.IN.gov from the same email u
 sed in your original registration. Provide the name(s) and email(s) of the
  person to whom you want to transfer the registration(s). Requests must be
  received at least 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop.In the even
 t that the workshop is cancelled by the instructor for weather\, low regis
 tration\, or instructor illness\, registered participants may opt to trans
 fer their registration to the same workshop on a different date or receive
  a full refund. Weather Cancellation Policy: If only light rain is anticip
 ated\, the workshop will likely proceed as scheduled. However\, if there i
 s a strong possibility (as determined by the instructor) of moderate to he
 avy rain\, high winds\, or thunder/lightning\, the workshop will be cancel
 led for safety reasons. Any decision to cancel due to anticipated weather 
 will be made at least 2 hours prior to the workshop start time. In the eve
 nt of a cancellation\, an email notice will be sent to all registrants.Low
  Registration Policy: The workshop may be cancelled\, at the discretion of
  the instructor\, if there are fewer than 3 people signed up by the regist
 ration deadline. If the workshop is cancelled due to low registration\, al
 l participants will be notified within 24 hours of the close of registrati
 on.
