The Division of Fish & Wildlife has received a request for a limited take permit for the Bitter Ridge Wind Farm in Jay County, Indiana to take a limited number of Indiana bats and northern long-eared bats as outlined in the federal incidental take permit #ESPER0014119 issued by the U.
