Cave River Valley is a beautiful natural area that is primitive and very rugged.  There are no restrooms at the park, so please plan accordingly before you arrive.  Bring water, snacks, bug spray, and a change of shoes.  Water shoes or boots are recommended for any of the hikes as we will be walking through a creek bed.  Attend the event anytime between 10am-12pm and get entered into a drawing to win a 2022 Annual Indiana State Park Pass!

Friends of Cave River Valley Information Table

10am:  Endless Cave Tour—2 hours.  Must pre-register for the cave trip by August 19th.  sbelt@dnr.in.gov or 812-849-3534

10:30am:  Wildflowers of CRV.  Join David Mow, Invasive Species Specialist from Morgan County SWCD for a 30 minute hike.

11am:  River Cave and Old Grist Mill Hike – Join local school teacher,  John Calhoun, for a short rugged hike with some great history!

11:30am:  History Hike – Join Tony for a guided hike that will take you to the entrance of Endless Cave, Bear Den Cave, and Lover’s Leap.  45 minutes.

12:30pm:  Winner of the 2022 Annual Park Pass announced.  Must be present to win.
