The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) will hold a public hearing to take oral testimony from citizens regarding the concerns of the TV Renewal permit for Cleveland Cliffs Burns Harbor LLC. IDEM will not provide responses to questions or comments made during the hearing.  IDEM will use a court reporter to incorporate the testimony as part of the permit as public record.  IDEM will review all comments and questions received during the hearing, and written comments submitted as part of the public comment period and will provide detailed responses in writing as part of the final decision.
