https://on.in.gov/goosepondfwa ##ICF #InternationalCraneFoundationA representative from the International Crane Foundation (ICF) will be leading programs for kids and families on Thursdays at Goose Pond FWA this summer. Join us for our third and final ICF event on Thurs., July 24, at 10 a.m. ET at the Goose Pond Visitors Center for crane biologist skills day! Kids and their families will participate in a discussion about where cranes live, how they use their habitat, and how that leads to the research and monitoring questions crane biologists ask. Following the discussion, kids will learn about monitoring techniques, band their own paper crane, and use real tracking technology used by crane biologists to find hidden crane tracking devices.
