At the Nature Center the Naturalists will introduce you to a different live animal that calls the Potato Creek home. This is a great time for up-close views and to learn about their unique adaptations.  

Our interpretive programs are designed to entertain and enrich folks of all ages. Children under 12 must have an adult with them at programs.

Registration is not required for this program.

All our programs are free (unless otherwise noted). They are open to the public after paying the park entrance fee. ($7 in-state & $9 out-of-state)

The Nature Center's Current Summer Hours:  Open Daily 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET

*Note that during peak visitation times, entry into our park might be delayed.  Parking lots around the Nature Center can fill quickly. The Nature Center is located approximately 10 minutes from our park’s main entrance gate. Please plan accordingly.*
