Are you interested in learning how to process your own deer in a safe and controlled space? Join Indiana DNR and Indiana Backcountry Hunters and Anglers on Oct. 19 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. ET. Participants will learn how to skin, quarter, and turn their deer into useable cuts and ground meat. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

The workshop will be held indoors at the Smoking Goose Meatery. All class materials will be provided.

This free event has limited capacity. Please register by 9 am on Oct. 12 to attend. REGISTRATION IS FULL AS OF SEPT. 16, 2024.
