Eagles aren’t the only raptors that live at Monroe Lake! The park is also home to vultures, birds whose carrion-eating ways are underappreciated. Join interpretive naturalist Jill Vance for a closer look at both Turkey and Black Vultures… learn how to tell which is which, explore their hunting strategies, and discover the amazing adaptations that allow them to safely eat rotting meat. 45 minutes
