Gainwell Technologies has identified that some fee-for-service (FFS) claims are incorrectly denying for an age-related error. The Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) is aware of this issue, and Gainwell is working to resolve it. When the issue is resolved, Gainwell will reprocess the incorrectly denied claims.
