Description: Join Indiana Project WILD and Project Learning Tree (PLT) at the Indianapolis Zoo as we discover the wonderful world of birds! Learn how you can engage your K-10 students with the amazing adaptations, habitats, and behaviors of birds through exciting zoo experiences and hands-on activities for your classroom. All participants will receive Flying WILD from Project WILD and Together for Birds from PLT, as well as other resources to support your class exploration of avian life. Please bring a lunch and dress for the weather; we will be spending time outside!
