A certified Forest Therapy Guide will lead you through a sensory walk where you will learn techniques of finding mindfulness, stress relief and an over sense of well-being. This event is targeted for adults and youth, ages 14 and over with an accompanying adult. Class will be held by certified Forest Therapy Guide Christy Knecht.
