Description: Join Indiana Project Learning Tree as we explore how trees and forests can engage the senses and promotes social-emotional learning in young children! All participants will receive Trees & Me Early Childhood Activity Guide that includes 12 hands-on, multi-faceted activities to connect young children to nature and increase their awareness and knowledge about their environment. During the workshop, participants will experience several PLT activities, learn how to integrate PLT into their classroom or program, and get connected to the PLT network at the state and national level. Please bring a lunch, snacks and water will be provided. Dress for the weather, we will be spending time outside!
