Provides a resource fair with support, resources, and agencies to assist residents with addiction recovery. The Hope and Recovery Team (HART) connects Allen County residents with services, including recovery wellness plans, inpatient and outpatient programs, Medication-Assisted Treatments (MAT), Syringe Services Programs (SSP), counseling, and peer-led support groups.
