PathStone will be holding an orientation session where attendees will learn about the Homebuyer Acquisition Rehab Program (HARP) in Muncie. If you are interested in purchasing a fixer-upper home in Muncie, IN, look no further! Let us help you through the process at no cost to you! Our HARP program will provide up to $20,000 to you to help purchase and rehab your first home. In order to take advantage of this program, you must meet area median income (AMI) guidelines. Those guidelines are 80% AMI or below ($59,600 for a family of 4) for purchasing a home anywhere in the city limits of Muncie and 100% AMI or below ($74,500 for a family of 4) if purchasing a home in a low-moderate income census tract in the city limits of Muncie. In this orientation, we will go through all of the steps of the program including who qualifies, how the program works and how we will help you throughout the homebuying and rehab process.
