AMENDED ORDER SETTING THE CASE FOR HEARING ON MOTIONS
Prosecutor having filed a Request for Revocation Hearing and the permittee, BSL Entertainment, LLC, having filed its Motion in Opposition to Request for Revocation Hearing (collectively “Motions”) and the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (“Commission”) being duly advised in the premise, now finds this matter shall be set for hearing on Motions. Previously scheduled hearing was not publicly noticed pursuant to Indiana’s Open Door Law requirements.

This matter shall be reset for hearing on Motions and for determination on whether this matter may be set quickly for revocation hearing, possibly as quickly as 3 days. Hearing shall be held on November 6, 2025, at 1:30 pm (Eastern) in the public hearing room of the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, 302 W. Washington St., Room E-114, Indianapolis, Indiana.
