The Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Team would like to invite you to our FY 25 courses. There will be 2 LIFEFIT Courses in FY 25 and six 3 day, H2F Clinic courses.

a. Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F). The Holistic Health and Fitness program directly affects unit and state readiness through the five domains: spiritual, physical, nutritional, mental, and sleep readiness. The five domains of Holistic Health and Fitness can only be improved if properly governed and implemented. The Indiana Holistic Health and Fitness (INH2F) team provides commanders with a comprehensive, immersive, and integrated system that optimizes the physical and non-physical performance of their units. INH2F assists Soldier performance related to maintaining and improving Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) and Army Body Composition Program (ABCP) scores. In addition, INH2F assists in an advisory role to battalions and higher. Commanders are encouraged to read and understand Appendix C-3 FY 25 Commanders Physical Readiness Resource Guide to gain a full understanding of what INH2F offers to their Units.

 

MISSION. The INARNG executes H2F training at Camp Atterbury and home station armories throughout FY25 to increase individual Soldier and Unit readiness.
