 s\, Recognition\, and Response course is designed to provide emergency fir
 st responders with the skills to recognize and respond to incidents involv
 ing Homemade Explosives (HME) through lectures and exercises. \n\n \n\nEme
 rgency first responders are presented with information necessary to recogn
 ize HME precursors\, HME manufacturing indicators\, and HME exposure indic
 ators\, and determine pre-detonation and post-detonation response strategi
 es. \n\n \n\nThroughout this course\, emergency first responders discuss h
 ow to implement safe response strategies with recognizing the presence of 
 HME indicators\; understanding these response actions is critical to mitig
 ating the hazards associated with HME.\n\n \n\nFor full information and to
