About this Event
Governor Eric J. Holcomb and Lebanon Mayor Matt Gentry will join executives from MonoSol, an Indiana-based global manufacturer of water-soluble films, at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 16 to celebrate the company's new, high-tech production facility in Boone County.
In March 2018, MonoSol, a subsidiary of Japan-based Kuraray, announced plans for the new facility, which will house up to 89 new, high-wage positions when fully operational by the end of this year. MonoSol has already hired 52 new employees toward its goal. State, local and company officials will cut the ribbon tomorrow on the $72 million, 150,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.
