  (SARA)). \n\nThe Indiana Emergency Response Commission's duties include: 
 establishing procedures for receiving and processing public requests for i
 nformation collected under EPCRA\, reviewing local emergency response plan
 s\, designating local emergency planning districts\, appointing a Local Em
 ergency Planning Committee (LEPC) for each district and supervising the ac
 tivities of the LEPCs.
