DESCRIPTION:Tom Pearson steps into role after more than 13 years with state
  agency\n\nIndianapolis (May 16\, 2025) – The Indiana Housing and Commun
 ity Development Authority  (IHCDA) has today announced Tom Pearson will le
 ad the agency as Executive Director.\n\nPearson came to IHCDA in December 
 2011 as a staff underwriter. He became Homeownership Operations Manager in
  2019\, then was promoted to Director of Homeownership in 2021. Under his 
 leadership\, the Homeownership team accomplished record production\, intro
 duced new programs for Hoosier homebuyers\, and forged strong relationship
 s with lenders\, realtors\, and community partners throughout the state. \
 n\n“I am honored and humbled to be IHCDA's Executive Director. I look fo
 rward to taking our agency in a positive direction\, investing in our peop
 le\, and helping Hoosiers\," stated Pearson. "Most of all\, I am here to s
 erve our constituents\, communities\, and the team here at IHCDA.” \n\nP
 earson is a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business and h
 olds an M.B.A. from Anderson University Falls School of Business. In 2023 
 Pearson received the Community Impact award from the Latino Community Deve
 lopment Corp.
