The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) is retiring the current format of the IHCP Live monthly policy update webinars. This provider education event, which has been used to update IHCP providers on recently published bulletins, will be replaced with a new format in 2024.

This new webinar series will be called IHCP Live: Monthly Townhall and will allow providers the opportunity to ask clarifying questions about pre-announced webinar topics. Each webinar will be hosted by a member of the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) Provider Relations team and a guest.

Providers can submit their ideas for the pre-announced webinar topics they would like the OMPP to cover in the first IHCP Live: Monthly Townhall webinar via this survey. In a future publication, another survey will allow providers to submit questions on the decided topics for the webinar. A Q&A option will also be available for live question submission during the webinar.

The first IHCP Live: Monthly Townhall will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Providers can register now for this event. This information will also be included on the IHCP Live page at in.gov/medicaid/providers.
