The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) will host three town hall style webinars to answer questions and provide updates about the electronic visit verification (EVV) system implementation.
Dates and times are as follows. All times are Eastern Time.
The IHCP would like providers to submit EVV-related questions and concerns before each webinar to IHCPlistens@fssa.in.gov. The IHCP will address those questions and concerns during the webinars.
To participate in a webinar, go to https://indiana.adobeconnect.com/indiana to sign in. Ensure that Guest is selected, type your name, and click Enter Room.
For those who cannot attend the webinars, recordings of each will be posted later on the IHCP Live web page at in.gov/medicaid/providers.
