The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) will host a live webinar on Wednesday June 16, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Eastern Time to help providers understand the prior authorization (PA) process. This webinar will cover what PA is, how to submit a PA request (even after a service is rendered), who can submit a PA request and common mistakes. Providers will have an opportunity to ask questions.
