The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) will host a live webinar for Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) providers impacted by electronic visit verification (EVV) to present the benefits to home care agencies of leveraging this technology.

The webinar will discuss provider agency challenges, current direct service professional field operations, benefits and positive impacts of EVV, and capturing a "day in the life" of direct service professionals implementing EVV. Attendees will be able to ask questions via a chat feature during the webinar and at the end of the webinar during the Q&A session. The webinar will be recorded.
