 rison Inmates Give Back to Community Through Hygiene Kit Initiative\n\nIND
 IANAPOLIS — Inmates at the Indiana Women’s Prison are partnering with 
 Horizon House to support individuals experiencing homelessness through a s
 ervice initiative focused on care and community impact.\n\nFrom 9 to 11 a.
 m. on Thursday\, April 16\, participants in the In2Work program organized 
 and assembled hundreds of hygiene kits that will be distributed to those i
 n need across the Indianapolis area.\n\nThe initiative\, titled “In2Work
  Gives Back\,” provides incarcerated individuals an opportunity to contr
 ibute positively to their communities while developing job skills and a se
 nse of purpose.\n\n“People in our facilities often receive attention for
  past mistakes\, but many are working every day to create meaningful chang
 e\,” said a representative from the Indiana Department of Correction. 
 “This event highlights the positive impact that can happen when individu
 als are given the opportunity to give back.”\n\nThe completed hygiene ki
 ts will be distributed by Horizon House\, a local organization dedicated t
 o supporting individuals experiencing homelessness with essential services
  and resources.\n\nMedia were invited to attend the event for a behind-the
 -scenes look at the effort\, including interviews and footage of the assem
