Carol comes to us with a research background spanning 4+ decades of service to Indiana. Her enthusiasm for fact-finding and reporting is second to none. In her work with the IBRC, she helps develop new ways for us to engage with the data we have and encourages all of us to strive to create even better resources for further understanding, while the using new technological tools available to us.
