Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Finance Authority (“Authority”) will meet in executive session originating at One North Capitol, Suite 900, Indianapolis, IN 46204 on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at the hour of 12:30 p.m. (Indianapolis time), in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(1), and IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
