Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Finance Authority (“Authority”) will meet in executive session originating at One North Capitol, Suite 900, Indianapolis, IN 46204 on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the hour of 1:00 p.m. (Indianapolis time), in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(1), and IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(4).
