NOTICE OF BUSINESS MEETING

The Indiana Gaming Commission will conduct a business meeting commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2025.  The meeting will be held in Indiana Government Center South located at 302 West Washington St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46204, in the Conference Room C.

The Indiana Gaming Commission will provide a live transmission of the business meeting via the IGC YouTube channel.  To join the virtual meeting, go to the Indiana Gaming Commission’s website for a virtual meeting link.

NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Indiana Gaming Commission will be in executive session commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2025, in Indiana Government Center South located at 302 W Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46204, Conference Room 3, in Wabash Hall.

The purpose of the executive session is for discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute, specifically, Ind. Code § 5-14-3-4(a)(1), (4) and (5), Ind. Code § 4-33-5-1.5 and Ind. Code § 4-35-10-3. Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7).  It is also for discussion on litigation pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
