The Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning would like to invite Hoosiers aged 60 and over who receive Medicaid (or both Medicaid and Medicare benefits) and their caregivers to an online session to learn more about the Indiana PathWays for Aging program and how to enroll. There will be two opportunities to join us for this event. If you cannot join us, the replay will be shared at www.in.gov/PathWays. To register, click the link below for the date you wish to attend. Once registered, you will receive an email with a direct link to the event as well as a phone number if you would like to call in instead.
