Your Building Strong and Ready Teams program (formerly Strong Bonds) is offering a leadership training open to all Soldiers in the INARNG. We will be using the Speed of Trust Curriculum to learn how trust plays a role in effective leadership. New Soldier to seasoned veterans are all welcome. 

This event will be held in Columbus, Indiana, and will utilize ground work (no riding) with our Caisson horses for some activities in support of workshop content.

The date is Wednesday 22 March from 0800-1600. Breakfast and lunch are provided.
