NOTICE OF BUSINESS MEETING

The Indiana Gaming Commission will conduct a business meeting commencing at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2023.  The meeting will be held at Horseshoe Indianapolis Casino in the Marquee Room located at 4300 N. Michigan Rd., Shelbyville, IN 46176. The Indiana Gaming Commission will also broadcast the business meeting virtually via the IGC YouTube channel.

NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Indiana Gaming Commission will be in executive session commencing at 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at Horseshoe Indianapolis Casino in the Fountain Room located at 4300 N. Michigan Rd., Shelbyville, IN 46176

The purpose of the executive session is for discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute, specifically, Ind. Code § 5-14-3-4(a)(1), (4), (5), (b)(1), Ind. Code § 4-33-5-1.5, and Ind. Code § 4-35-10-3. Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7).  It is also for discussion on litigation pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
