NOTICE OF BUSINESS MEETING

The Indiana Gaming Commission will conduct a business meeting commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 15, 2023.  The meeting will be held in the EB Rhodes Room in the West Baden Springs Hotel located at 8538 West Baden Ave., West Baden Springs, IN 47469. The Indiana Gaming Commission will also broadcast the business meeting virtually via the IGC YouTube channel.

NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Indiana Gaming Commission will be in executive session commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 15, 2023, in the Lillian Room in the West Baden Springs Hotel located at 8538 West Baden Ave., West Baden Springs, IN 47469

The purpose of the executive session is for discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute, specifically, Ind. Code § 5-14-3-4(a)(1), (4) and (5), Ind. Code § 4-33-5-1.5 and Ind. Code § 4-35-10-3. Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7).  It is also for discussion on litigation pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
