Resource: Explore Your Environment: K-8 Activity Guide from PLT

Location: Southern Indiana Purdue Agricultural Center (SIPAC) 

Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (6 PGP points)

Cost: $23.00 per person. Pay with check made out to IFEF/PLT.

Description: Join Indiana Project Learning Tree and Let the Sun Shine In - Indiana as we explore Indiana's beautiful, diverse, and resiliet oak-hickory forest ecosystems! All participants will receive Explore Your Environment: K-8 Activity Guide that includes 50 hands-on, multidisciplinary activities to connect children to nature and increase young people’s awareness and knowledge about their environment. During the workshop, participants will experience several PLT activities, learn how to integrate PLT into their classroom or program, and get connected to the PLT network at the state and national level. Please bring a lunch, snacks and water will be provided. Dress for the weather, we will be spending time outside!
