 views will be held in the Fuse Conference Center on the second floor of th
 e South Tower at Capital Center (201 N. Illinois St.\, Indianapolis\, IN 4
 6204). Due to social distancing\, there will be limited in-person seating.

 activities that might distract from the interview process. The following g
 uidelines are in place:\n\nOnly enter and exit between interviewsRecording
  equipment will be set up between interviews (no mult box provided)Artific
 ial lighting shall not be usedQuestioning of the applicants is reserved fo
 r the CommissionMedia/public may interview the applicants before/after the
  Commission’s interview outside the interview room at the applicant’s 
 discretionAfter all interviews have concluded\, the Commission will delibe
 rate in a private executive session. The Commission considers applicants' 
 legal education\, writings\, reputation in the practice of law\, and other

 Commission vote is held publicly following deliberations.\n\nThe Commissio
 n will select the three most qualified candidates and submit those names t
 o Governor Eric Holcomb. The Governor has 60 days from receiving the list 
 to select Indiana's next Court of Appeals judge.\n\nThe vacancy is the res
 ult of the retirement of Court of Appeals Judge James S. Kirsch. According
  to the Indiana Constitution and state statute\, the seven-member Judicial
  Nominating Commission must recruit and select candidates to fill vacancie
 s on Indiana appellate courts. Applications and information about the vaca
